  • Licenses that were witheld/expired can be renewed in this service.
  • Documents to be submitted with application:
    • 1. Original Copy Of the license for the Discontinued year
    • 2. A notarized Affidavit Sworn by the license has not been transferred as per the rule 17-A & B
    • 3. A notarized Affidavit sworn by the license that he has not concealed or given any False Info
    • 4. Certificate issued by the Range Inspector and Deputy Commisioner of Excise regarding authentication of the discontinued license
    • 5. Certificate issued by the deputy commissioner of excise regarding the license not Shifted in the district jurisdiction
    • 6. Certificate of license Surrendered after expiry of license period
    • 7. In case of license being lost, a copy of first information report should be furnished and the report regarding actions to issue duplicate license
    • 8. License fee paid details as per Rule-8 & *B (Original Challan)
    • 9. Applicant Pan Card
    • 10. Applicant Address Proof
    • 11. Blueprint Of New Licensed Place
    • 12. Building Owners Consent,Rental Agreement,Khata
